These very special Red Velvet Cookies make an awesome Valentines Day treat! Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons red food coloring
1 teaspoon corn starch
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 bag 12oz. M&M’s

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

Mix butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar, mix until combined. Add egg, mix until combined. Add vanilla and red food coloring, mix until combined.
To the butter mixture, add flour, cocoa, corn starch, baking powder and salt. Mix on low until combined. Fold in M&M’s.

Scoop small balls of dough onto a baking sheet. Top with additional M&M’s.
